I'm learning to really love myself-not for my looks, my successes, or the opinions of others, but simply for who I am. For me, self—love is the ability to accept your emotions, take care of your inner state and not betray your own feelings. I realized that being myself is enough. It is important for me to maintain inner harmony, respect my boundaries and choose what makes me happy.

Despite the difficulties of life, I love this world with all my heart. There is so much beauty in it: sincere people, nature, music, sunsets, random kind words and warm meetings. I try to notice the good things even in the little things, because that's what makes happiness. The world becomes a better place when we look at it with kindness and an open heart.
